Equity is a member run association.
A national Council of twenty-three Equity members from across Canada, representing different regions and artistic disciplines, form the Association’s leadership and determine Equity’s objectives. From leadership to bargaining, from advocacy to benefits, Equity members contribute to every aspect of their Association.
There are a lot of different ways for members participate in their Association: Join a committee. Share feedback on a collective agreement or engagement policy. Run for Council.
