Report an Incident

Everyone working in live performance has the right to a safe and respectful workplace.

Artists who have experienced or witnessed harassment, bullying, discrimination, or other forms of inappropriate behaviour and unprofessional conduct in the workplace are encouraged to use the form below to report the incident(s) to Equity.

It’s important to file a report as soon as possible so that Equity may provide support.

All reports will remain confidential. You may also submit a report anonymously, but this will greatly impact Equity’s ability to follow up or take any action.
